1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, without being required to justify your decision. The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Procedure
- Contact us via email or phone, providing your order number and the product you wish to return.
- Carefully package the product to avoid damage during transport.
- Send the product to our company’s address using a courier service of your choice.
3. Refund
Once we have received and inspected the product, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
4. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been used or are not returned in their original condition.
- Custom orders or products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.
- Artificial plants and other decorative products that have been removed from their packaging.
