SHIPPING COSTS
All orders are shipped with a partner company and deliveries are made daily Monday to Friday.
Any delay in delivery time is the sole responsibility of the carrier.
- Orders from Greece: For orders of 60€ and more, the shipping is free of charge, otherwise the cost of shipping is 3,0€. Returns and replacements are Free!
- Orders from Cyprus: For orders of 200€ and more, the shipping is Free, otherwise for Standard shipments the cost of shipping is 15€. (Returns are at the expense of the customer).
- Orders from E.U. countries: For orders of 200€ and more, the shipping is Free, otherwise for Standard shipments the cost of shipping is 35€. (Returns are at the expense of the customer).
- Orders from non-E.U. countries: for orders of 400€ and more, shipping is Free, otherwise the cost of shipping is 60€. (Returns are at the expense of the customer)
ATTENTION
For non-E.U. countries , the product’s custom clearance is an extra cost charged to the recipient. Custom clearance charges vary depending on the applicable taxes of each country.
The BUSINESS shall not be liable or have any obligation to cover such costs.
Time of Delivery
From the moment you are informed of the shipment you will have your order within 2 to 7 working days.
For areas identified as “inaccessible” by the courier, this time may vary.
Deliveries abroad are made in 5-10 days.
(*) Confirmation of the payment must be made for orders placed by bank deposit.
Return or Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us and our dedicated staff works to the highest standards to guarantee your customer satisfaction.
If for any reason, you feel unhappy with your order, you may return the unwanted product(s) in 14 working days, including proof of receipt and accompanying tags, with delivery costs applied to the customer. Please keep in mind that non-EU customers may be required to pay additional customs fees.
The product must not have been used the product must be returned with all the original accompanying documents (purchase receipt, warranty, instructions for use) and in its original packaging and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage
You have the right to return the product you bought, exercising the right of withdrawal and – only if the product has not been used and is in its original condition – to request a refund of the price you paid us, within 14 calendar days of delivery The cost of returning the product in each case is borne by the customer. If within this period the product is received by us, and after checking and verifying its good condition, we will refund you in full the price you have paid for the specific purchase, in the same way that you paid it no later than 30 days.
FOR THE REFUND: In the event that in the context of the above (eg in the case of return), we will refund you back to the original payment method. Please keep in mind:
– If the payment was made by you using a Credit or Debit card, our COMPANY is obliged to inform the Bank regarding the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will proceed in accordance with the terms of the contract signed between the customer (you) and his Bank. The COMPANY after this information does not bear any responsibility for the implementation of the terms of the aforementioned contract between the customer and the Bank as well as for the time and manner of execution of the reversal of the said transaction.
– In case the payment of the price has been made in cash or Bank transfer or cash on delivery, in order to return the said amount, you will indicate on your part a Bank account (sending proof that you are the beneficiary of it) to which the deposit will be made. Return of the product price.
